Return and Refund Policy

At Palm & Perch, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our birdhouses and feeders. Each piece is designed with care and attention to detail. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this policy outlines your options.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will gladly replace the item or issue store credit.
